Registration forms can be picked up and dropped off at the church office Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
The registration cost per child for basketball is $55.
The registration cost per child for cheerleading is $55.
Deadline for registration is November 17.
Multi-child discounts are available.
Please make all checks payable to Old Town Hill Baptist Church.
EVALUATIONS AND ORIENTATIONS:
Everyone must attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
They will be done at Old Town Hill Baptist Church as follows:
K5 through 6th Grade Boys/Girls
Saturday, November 15, between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M.
Monday, November 17, between 6:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.
LEAGUE SCHEDULE:
Practices begin the week of Monday, January 5, 2009.
First Game - Saturday, January 17, 2009
Award Celebration - Sunday, March 8 2009
EVERY child WILL be contacted by November 20, 2008 regarding team placement and practice schedule.
